Dear Mr. Miko Jounin,

I have bought your product, the total revenue of the Company 50 products from you on 20 February. I regret to inform you that the product is damaged and many of my verbal complaint to the personnel you have not produced results.

I request you to replace one product with new product function or refund my money within a week.

I've never been disappointed by your product in the past and I hope for your immediate action on this occasion.

I enclose copies of receipts to help you take action immediately.
