Dear Madam or Sir,

One of my employees, who called Fairuz attend your course grade and was very disappointed with the quality of the course. In particular, the content does not match the outline of a course in your ad offer. Although the agenda listed three topics related to conflict resolution, less than half an hour was spent dealing with these issues. In addition, knowledge is not enough instructors to handle technical questions from the class.
