Complaint Letter
Bogor, April 18, 2010
Dear officer KAI,
I am writing this letter to complain about the service this morning, April 15, 2010. Just like other human beings are not perfect, I'm late for the 10:23 train from Bogor. I ran up the stairs, bought a ticket at the counter and find information about the departure of the train into town. that day is a holiday, not many people working. on the platform there's only feature electronic signs. I could see the train to Bogor, into the middle lane, which is accessible by both platforms. Seeing a group of people running into the south side, I think I will follow these people. The train stopped, but only on another door opens. I knocked on the door and look for the conductor. Although the train was there for almost two minutes, my side door does not open and there is no conductor that I encountered. A few seconds later the train moved away, leaving me at the station automatically bogor I have to wait another hour for the next train.
Apparently, the train to the city stopped just after the train had departed, to explain why others had fled to the platform. I, however, do not memorize all the scheduled departure, so I did not realize that following the crowd is a bad idea. I do not understand why this happens very often.
In conclusion, I lost my time because the notifications that are not obvious and damaging the door of public transportation and I hope that the relevant officials to improve services to the community so that people do not too often in because of this.
